Available in rhodium-plated sterling silver or 14kt gold vermeil (14kt gold plated over sterling silver). Set with clear CZ stones measure 5mm round. Bracelet width measures 2.0 mm. Bracelet length measures 6.5″ with a 1.5″ extension for an adjustable fit
CARE & MAINTENANCE
A little note on sterling silver: Because this piece is crafted from genuine 925 silver, it may naturally dull or tarnish over time. This is completely normal and, in fact, a mark of authenticity. Real silver reacts with air and moisture in a way that imitation metals simply don't. With a little care, its shine is easily restored.
METAL: Gently buff the surface with a soft cloth to bring back its lustre, then lift away any lingering residue using a mild, diluted soap solution. Rinse under warm water and pat completely dry. When not in use, store your piece in the anti-tarnish bag included with your order to help keep it looking its best. Steer clear of abrasive cleaners, steam treatments and ultrasonic devices.
GEMSTONE: Keep away from perfumes, hairsprays and similar chemical products. Wipe clean with a lightly dampened cloth, and never use chemical jewellery cleaning solutions.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a refund or return. Please note that a mandatory unboxing video is required as proof and must be sent to info@lunael.store to process your claim.
Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. As our jewellery is worn against bare skin, it cannot be resold to another customer for hygiene reasons.
When will I get my order?
Delivery times depend on your country or province. We ship all orders within 2 business days, and they typically arrive within 7–10 business days, sometimes sooner.
For orders outside of Canada, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
