We want your Lunael pieces to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's what to expect.

Processing & Delivery

We ship all orders within 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday only, excluding major holidays.

Delivery times depend on your country or province. Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, sometimes sooner. For orders outside of Canada, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Orders are shipped via Chit Chats and Canada Post.

Delays

Please keep in mind that national strikes or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of your order date, simply drop us an email and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

Shipping times may also be extended during high volume periods such as sales, restocks, or holidays. If your order will be delayed beyond 5 business days, we'll let you know.

The Fine Print

Delivery estimates are a guideline. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability.

Lost or stolen packages. Lunael is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered once a delivery confirmation has been issued to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct and that deliveries can be received safely.

Customs, taxes & duties. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to local taxes, customs charges, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all Import Fees. These charges are not included in your order total.

Refused shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Lunael, you remain responsible for the original purchase, the original shipping charges, any Import Fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Events beyond our control. Lunael is not responsible for delays in tracking or delivery caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to postal strikes, severe weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
