Our Jewellery

What is your jewellery made from?

Lunael pieces are demi-fine jewellery, crafted from sterling silver and gold vermeil. We don't use steel or brass. Demi-fine means real materials and lasting quality, without the fine jewellery markup.

What is gold vermeil?

Gold vermeil is a thick layer of real gold (14 K or 18 K) bonded over sterling silver. Unlike standard gold plating over base metals, vermeil is built on a precious metal core, which makes it more durable, of better quality, and a genuine step above costume jewellery.

How do I care for my pieces?

Apply perfume, lotion, and hairspray before putting on your jewellery.
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratching when not in use.
Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth to restore shine.
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and household cleaners.

Will my jewellery last?

With proper care, yes. Sterling silver and gold vermeil are made to be worn every day. Like all fine and demi-fine jewellery, gentle care will keep your pieces looking their best for years.

A little note on sterling silver: Because this piece is crafted from genuine 925 silver, it may naturally dull or tarnish over time. This is completely normal and, in fact, a mark of authenticity. Real silver reacts with air and moisture in a way that imitation metals simply don't. With a little care, its shine is easily restored.

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?

We ship all orders within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, and up to 2 weeks for orders outside Canada.

How much is shipping?

Canada: Free on orders over $75. Standard $5.95, Express $10.95.
United States: $19.90, free on orders over $200.
International: Calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of your order date, email us at info@lunael.store and we'll look into it for you. Please note we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) of the original shipping date. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a $10 restocking fee is deducted from refunds.

What if my item arrives damaged?

You're eligible for a refund or replacement. A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof and must be emailed to info@lunael.store to process your claim.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@lunael.store with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide the return address. Please don't send items back before receiving approval.
